17th Annual Mad City Open
This tournament is sanctioned by the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) as a Super Tour A Tier event for Pro and Advanced divisions(annual PDGA membership mandatory), a PDGA B Tier event for Intermediate, Recreational and Junior divisions (PDGA tournament membership)and by The Wisconsin Disc Golf Tour (WI Tour) for all divisions.
Friday August 7, 2009 - all players MANDITORY players meeting at 7:00 pm site to be announced when finalized.
Saturday August 8, 2009 - Intermediate, Recreational, Junior, Advanced and Professional divisions play two rounds
Sunday August 9, 2009 - Advanced and Professional play 1 round
The Wisconsin Disc Golf Tour (WI Tour) divisions include Open Pro, Pro Women, Pro Master, Pro Grand Master, Advanced Men, Advanced Women, Advanced Grand Master, Intermediate Men, Intermediate Women, Recreational. and Junior under 16. WI Tour points and "The Black Disc" will only be awarded to these divisions. However Mad City Open will add any PDGA division not included above if at least 4 players enter any one division.

Pre-registration deadline: all entry fees must be postmarked by August 4, 2009. Remember PDGA membership required for all golfers except juniors. Annual membership mandatory for all Advanced and Pro golfers ($75 Pro and $50 Advanced) and PDGA tournament membership for Intermediate and recreational golfers ($10) for those who do not have annual membership. We must receive notice of cancellation prior to July 31, 2009 for entry fees to be refunded. All pre-registrants will receive a generous player package. Only paid entrants will hold reservations. The waiting list will be utilized to fill vacancies in the order in which registration and money was received.
